1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and, together with any order form or master agreement signed with us, your use of Smart Gravity Shield (the "Service"). If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement applies. The Service is for business use only.

2. The Service

Smart Gravity Shield analyses call detail records supplied by the customer, compares activity with each customer's baseline, scores risk and can send alerts and, where the customer enables it and the softswitch allows it, limit or block an account or route. The Service does not record calls or analyse call content.

3. Important limits

• Detection is near-real-time, typically about 30 to 60 seconds after calls are recorded. The Service does not stop the first call before it connects unless an optional pre-call add-on is agreed.
• No fraud system detects every case. We do not guarantee that all fraud, or any particular amount of fraud, will be detected or prevented.
• Automatic actions depend on the customer's switch exposing the required controls. The customer chooses which actions are enabled and is responsible for reviewing thresholds, whitelists and results.
• Features marked "coming" or "on the roadmap" are not available yet and may change.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must give accurate information, keep credentials secure and make sure only authorised users access the Service. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, interfere with other customers' data, or use it to break the law.

5. Customer data and compliance

You remain responsible for the data you send, for having a lawful basis to send it, and for compliance with the telecom, privacy and other laws that apply to your business. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, the Smart Gravity Shield name and the shield mark. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep ownership of your data.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill, and otherwise "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost traffic, including traffic limited or blocked by actions you enabled. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Term and termination

Either party may end the agreement as set out in the order form. We may suspend access for serious misuse or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the privacy policy and agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Gravity Shield is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to customers in advance. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
